The 1st thing I did (unboxing article here) when I get this HD2 is - to apply a good screen protector. From my experience of using so many types of screen protector, there is only one brand that could meet my expectation. Heard of Capdase anti-fingerprint iMAG ? This is by far the best screen protector I've ever used, applied to my previous iPhone 3G and 3GS too.The good thing about Capdase iMAG is it wont leaves much fingerprint or smudges after you play with the phone. Not 100%, but it's by far the best if compare to other brands out there. Imagine you're halfway enjoying your McD fried chicken with your wife and suddenly your mistress from Japan call or SMS you, I don't dare to think how your phone screen gonna look like with those chick oil on it. Yucks !
For your information, HD2 comes with anti-scratch glass screen, but not anti smudges. It wont get any scratches at all even if you use a key or knife to scratch it ! Don't believe ? Check out the video below, but I ain't gonna try it on my unit to show you guys, sorry.
To be fair though, how often are you gonna pick up a knife and start scratching your phone with it ? So if any of you who are interested to know more about Capdase screen protector, check out their website here.
