The latest in the collection are Loiminchay Calligraphy II models, which illustrate xingshu (Chinese calligraphy) characters.The black, gold and red characters and images are depicted in the Mi Fu style, which involves the use of large wet dots of ink applied with a flat brush. Loiminchay’s Calligraphy II is the second in a three-part Calligraphy series of writing instruments, each depicting different forms of Chinese lettering and symbols. Each pen is priced at $15,000 (RM 51,000) and is available in a limited edition of 28 sets only.
