The Plans For ‘World's Greatest Golf Course' Are All Set !

The plans for the £1 billion (RM 5.3 Billion) golf course are all set to take your golfing experience to a whole new level. The US tycoon Donald Trump has revealed his plans for “the greatest golf course in the world” to be built on a windswept stretch of Scottish coastline. After 3 years of wrangling with the Scottish government, the controversial proposal was finally given the nod.

The proposal includes a new village, complete with shops, pubs and cafes. However, approval for the next two phases of the development — the hotel and holiday accommodation, and the residential village — is still to be sought.

It is believed that the tycoon’s plans for the Menie Estate involve two championship golf courses, 950 holiday homes, 36 golf villas and 500 private homes. With all the luxuries on offer, this is definitely going to be the next golfing paradise to bring golf lovers back, time and time again.
